Within the scope of the Civic Engagement Small Grant Programme;
- Climate change,
- Preparation for natural and human-made disasters,
- Civic Engagement mechanisms and volunteering,
- Establishment of new technologies and CSO centres to strengthen public-CSO cooperation.
A total of 3.5 million dollars of grant support will be provided to civil society organizations in their fields. 100% grant support will be given to projects that are deemed suitable and contracted.

The current text and table containing the last application date has been changed as a result of consultations between the Civic Engagement Project’s beneficiary, Union of Municipalities of Türkiye, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate for EU Affairs as the leading institution of the IPA-II Civil Society sector. All other terms and conditions stated in the Civic Engagement Small Grant Programme Application Guide will remain unchanged.
